Who is this for?
Selling a Property? All properties and the structures onsite require Certification to state that all on site is in compliance with Planning Permission or is Exempt from Planning Permission (i.e., built pre-1963, or extensions, etc. that are exmept from planning permission).
All solicitors and mortgage lenders now require that their clients obtain Certification from a Registered Engineer such as ourselves.
What is the cost?
We prepare Certificates (including site visit) for as little as €350 + VAT.
Our Process
Our Consultant Engineer will visit your property during the Initial Consultation.
For those structures that are not in compliance with such regulations, we can submit a Planning Retention Permission application to the Planning Authority. This will be required by the purchaser’s solicitor/mortgage lender.
On and the same day, you will receive a fixed-fee quotation for the whole set of Certification, and if retention permission is required, also, you will receive a quotation for the process from Retention Planning Application Preparation & Submission, right through to us issuing the Final Certification with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
We will work in conjunction with your Estate Agent and Solicitor. Once you are happy with the quotation, we will have all Certification within 5 days.
