Our Process
Advice and feasibility prior to any appointment.
Our team will visit your property during the Initial Consultation. They will talk to the client, discuss their likes and dislikes, and provide their professional advice to the client. The same day, you will receive a fixed-fee quotation for the whole process from Planning Application Preparation & Submission, right through to us issuing the Final Certification with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
Once you are happy with the quotation, we can begin design within 10 days.
